You know what is so fascinating? Online dating apps/websites look different in different cities!

Here in Austin, it’s OKC that has become primarily poly/fetish/FWB. But it’s even quirkier than that: if you are a straight guy looking for a more-or-less vanilla-ish (I hate the term vanilla — I’m not sure what other term to use here) chick, I always recommend staying on OKC because there are still a fair amount of those type of women on that site. But if you are a vanilla-ish women, OKC is a waste of time. 90% of the guys on OKC in Austin are married/poly/doms/looking for FWBs.

Bumble has siphoned off most of the best guys from Match (which used to be my favorite site) here in Austin, so Bumble is a mesh of hook-ups, FWBs, and more serious minded folks.

Let’s face it, they’re all pretty bad, but it sounds like Bumble in Chattanooga is worse than Austin.
