Him: “Bonnie, I will always meet you at the Kensington Palace gates.”

I read those words and knew William Windsor had officially captured my heart.

Me: “That might be the most romantic thing anyone has ever written to me.”

I’d been back in Houston for several days and decided to share with Will something I hadn’t told him when we were together.

Our London dinner date had expanded into a 24-hour (and counting) marathon encounter. We were taking advantage of every minute I had till I had to catch my flight back to the States the following morning.

As mentioned in Part 1 (My Real-Life Romantic English Fairytale), the one thing I had scheduled on my last full day in London was a special tour at Kensington Palace, which Will encouraged me to attend. We parted ways at the gate where the tour began.

About halfway through, I received a text that his phone was dying and he would meet me at the Kensington Palace gates when I was done.
