Oh, man! I’ve been there!

The over-analyazing, the should-I-have-sucked-X-up, the second-guessing.

It’s exhausting.

I think a lot of people (particularly those without online dating experience) jump to the conclusion: YOU sabotaged yourself. (The proverbial armchair therapists.)

Perhaps.

But I find that online dating is its own animal. He could have bailed for any number of reasons and it’s MOST likely they had nothing to do with you at all.

I love your writing and think you deserve the “funny” moniker. But it’s only one aspect to your personality and you get to be a full person with a range of emotions and traits.
