Menopause runs early in my family. I’ve been peri-menopausal for 5 years. The whole crazy emotion thing (very fortunately) doesn’t seem to be a part of the peri/menopausal experience for the women in my family!

And I don’t usually talk about this, but I will only add that my sex drive has not been diminished. AT ALL. (Frustratingly so since there is nowhere for that energy to go. C’est la vie.)
