I’ve gotten a lot of grief in the past if I’ve made any comments about finances, but I include this as part of the conversation because it has been a real issue for me!

And, of course, I thought about you as I wrote portions of this story! There must be a balance — someone who hasn’t done any/enough work on him or herself isn’t ready to date. But what about the folks who are actively working on improving and healing from their past? I’m really on board with those people dating as long as they adhere to what I mentioned.

Honestly, I’m pretty burned out these days from the Austin online dating scene. But I’m still open to a new relationship/love should it come my way! (I believe that’s how you fall on the issue, too — if it comes your way, you are receptive.)
