It’s so true and yet I encounter so many grown adults who are unable, unwilling, or incapable of being honest with me (and frequently themselves)! I may not be perfect, but I definitely try to be honest with others.

I know I sure as heck appreciate it when I find someone who is forthright about his intentions (even if they don’t necessarily align with mine). It makes things more straight-forward and less hurtful.
