I didn't realize how much a misnomer "hot" was - searing, frightening, and horrific flash is more accurate for me. Anyhoo, my symptoms don't seem to correspond to diet though my mom, for instance, is very sensitive to certain foods. It's such an individualized experience, which makes it even more challenging to get to the bottom of. Many thanks for reading and commiserating!
