40 Things I Love
The Mundane, the Exotic, the Frivolous, and the Simple Pleasures

Another fun prompt — thanks, Iva Ursano!
I kept the references to my family to a minimum, opting to focus on a broader selection of Bonnie faves!
Also, I took some liberties with Iva’s original prompt. She kept her items on the simpler side. I cast the net wider. I’ve included life’s simple pleasures, but I’ve included some grander items, too.
- The sound of little kids warbling “Amazing Grace”
- The smell of tea olive
- North Florida beaches in the off-season
- The final scene of Before Sunset
- Nick’s warm butter cake in Laguna Beach
- Pierce Brosnan as Remington Steele, James Bond, and as a human in general
- Drivers who let pedestrians pass and wave hello to them (even if they’re strangers)
- The greening of the fountains in Savannah the week before St. Patrick’s Day
